3.1 Prohibition of Child Labour
The company does not employ individuals below the legal minimum working age.

3.2 Prohibition of Forced Labour
No form of forced or compulsory labour is permitted.

3.4 Freedom of Association
Employees have the right to organize and bargain collectively.

Full compliance with Greek labour legislation.

• Safe working environment

• PPE where required

4. Dignity & Respect

Suppliers must comply with equivalent human rights standards.

6. Grievance Mechanism

7. Monitoring & Review
Reviewed annually and communicated to employees.

8. Statement of Commitment
Management commits to full implementation of this policy.
