You are holding one half of a story. It begins in an olive grove in Crete, at the end of the year.
SCROLLThe trees are heavy. A whole year hangs on the branches, and the grove is quiet, as if it were waiting.

One figure comes out from among the trees with full arms. Leaves, branches, fruit. Everything the year has given.

The other is already there, with one hand open.
The branch passes from one to the other. One offers the harvest. The other gives it form. Between them, time slows and something enduring is born.

The fruit leaves the branch.
And finds its place.
It is gathered into one vessel. The vessel is full, and it is heavy.
So they lift it together, one on each side. Neither could carry it far alone.
Their free hands meet. Nothing is forced. Nothing is lost.
This is
By evening the grove is still. Everything remains: the olive oil, and the bond that made it.

Two bottles carry the two halves.
Gesture holds the moment of giving. Synergy holds the balance that follows. Inside both is the same extra virgin olive oil, from Koroneiki olives grown in Crete.
The story continues at your table, each time the bottle is opened, poured and shared.
